The staff was very friendly. Any issues that I addressed they promptly took care of right then.

I had a very mixed experience at Rodeway Inn & Suites Winter Haven Chain of Lakes. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room—it did not meet basic expectations. Because of that, we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying. We ended up only being there for about 3 hours just to rest briefly and let the kids enjoy the pool before deciding to leave and head back home. The pool area was actually decent and seemed to be one of the better-maintained parts of the property. However, I was also disappointed that the hotel advertises a free continental breakfast, which was not available during our stay. That felt misleading and should be clearly communicated. I do want to highlight that the front desk clerk was amazing—very professional, kind, and helpful. Honestly, they were the best part of the entire experience and handled everything with a great attitude. Overall, due to the condition of the room and the lack of advertised amenities, I wouldn’t stay here again, but I do appreciate the excellent customer service from the staff.

Rooms certainly do not are not the same as shown on the booking page! Internet very weak. Rooms are clean but basic

Air conditioning was an issue, took all night to drop only 5 degrees. Room was clean an parking wasn't an issue

I arrived at 11pm. There was not even a cup of water at the front desk. Anyways the worst part was the room cleaning and condition. The AC was off and when I turned it on it was smelling marihuana. I choose that hotel because it was supposed to be a none smoking hotel but the room was smelling that so bad. So i searched and found in one of the drawers had marihuana in it. Also the sheets and pillows were dirty. And the towels on the bathroom had nails on it. I asked to the front desk guy to clean my room and they just changed the sheets and didn’t clean anything. The towels still with the nails in and the marihuana’s smell and the drawer still dirty. Horrible experience. Don’t recommend.

The laundry area is not accesible , the microwave no working .

One of the worst two star motels I’ve stayed at. I do not expect much with a two star hotel, but this was ridiculous. Not only was the room cold and poorly furnished, without any basic amenities, but the Wi-Fi did not work. When I addressed the issue to the Front Desk staff, the young Indian man shrugged his shoulders and said, “oh well.” Typical family run Hotel, which only cares about the dollar and not customer service; because they know you’re most likely not returning.

The room was ok not spotless and the staff was courtesy but the only issues was that the promotion said free breakfast and they don't give any because they eliminated.

Room was very dirty, dead cockroaches in the bathrooms. Hair in the toilet, shower, and floors.
