This motel is booked by mistake tried to get a refund and it was denied because I did not follow the 24 hour cancellation policy. The motel nor the website reserved booking would assist me with this issue. Will not be using this motel chain again, nor the booking app again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well! The tv only had cable and we couldn’t figure out how to stream anything or hook up our game system. The pool was quaint but we made it work for the group we had. The echo in the pool room was a little overwhelming. Breakfast was good: waffles, packaged donuts, cereal, eggs, sausage, coffee. Basic but we appreciated having it as an option! Our room was very sound proof and I could not hear any neighbors whatsoever. Our room was able to black out with the curtains and we were able to sleep in. Staff was very nice and even called us when we left something in the room. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to a friend!

Room was pretty clean, staff provided clean towels almost very day , except one. Were there 5 nights and bed was never made or sheets changed. At least one sheet change would have been nice. Room was quiet and relaxing. We did not visit pool or workout room. Breakfast was not so good. Never saw a breakfast attendant. Every morning was sad dried out eggs and sausage. There were carbs like bagels and waffles that I can’t eat , I’m gluten free. Landscaping needed some love , lots of weeds. Staff not friendly. Except the evening desk guy with dred locks, he was friendly . They do have good cable with HBO.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and the front desk staff were amazing. We had an emergency with our elderly cat and had to cut our stay by one day to return home. The manager was very accommodating to our needs, which we greatly appreciated.
My only complaint was that the pool was closed for maintenance, but I understand that this happens from time to time.
I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here on my next visit to Cambridge.
