Very clean and quiet.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Very disappointed, the hotel is under renovation. The staff don't understand english, first 3 days there was orange juice for breakfasts but remaining days nothing. When asked staff didn't bpther to restocked. Wouldn't personally recommend tgis hotel.

they were renovating and we were not told this ahead of time. heavy smell of paint.

Bathroom shower cartons broken, no change (quaters) for the washer and dry machine ,need a better option for bills. waffle machine was broke,limits option for the breakfast,no coffee for late on the day. Arround area out side clean,real quit ,convince parking.

We went into the property and we were greeted very nicely by Warren. The check-in process was very quick and easy. The first room that we went to smelled of cigar and I quickly informed Warren that we were not going to be able to stay in that room due to the smell and traveling with our toddler. Warren quickly rectified the situation and upgraded us to a suite which we were happy with until we found underwear that did not belong to us behind the mattress. When we went to the front desk to alert them of the situation it was well past 10:00pm and we were offered a different room however our toddler was already asleep and it would not have been a wise move to relocate. We did follow up and let the manager know via email about our experience and have still not received any response which we find unacceptable. There were also renovations happening at the hotel that we were not aware of and only became aware of when we were going to check in. There was furniture down the hallway wrapped in plastic and there was loud noise from 7:00 a.m. right next door to our suite.
