I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this property. The official check-in time is **3:00 PM**, and I arrived around **4:00 PM**. However, there was a note saying the staff would be away for lunch until **5:30 PM**, with a phone number to call in case of an emergency. Since I was simply trying to check in during the published check-in hours, I called the number. When the female staff member came out, she looked visibly annoyed, said "horrible" because I had called while she was eating, and treated me as if I had done something wrong. As I was leaving, she even asked, "Is this an emergency?" Checking in during the property's stated check-in hours is a basic service, not an emergency. If the property cannot provide check-in until 5:30 PM, then the check-in time should not be advertised as 3:00 PM. This was one of the rudest and most unprofessional check-in experiences I have ever had. I expect Expedia to address this issue with the property.

We waited 30 minutes for someone to check us in. Called the number 3 times no answer. Someone that lived there did help us to a room. First one smelled like wet dog. Second one was clean. No real ice machine just a small one. Got there at 830 pm and finally checked in at 10 pm. They had a housekeeping hiring sign. The lady did say it was her and one other lady doing rooms.

There was no staff around ever. I waited 20min to check in. When I was calling the front desk/phone number that was posted at the front desk no one answered. My key cards stopped working. There was no one at the front desk to replace them and when I called the number no one answered. Luckily we found a physical key hanging in another rooms door and were able to use that to get in our room. I was holler down the hallways too and there was no response.

Upon arrival at 10:15 PM, no staff personnel was present, but a sign was on the counter which said: "Front desk is closed for fireworks. Be back at 11:00 PM." Three customers waited in a very small, two-seat lobby for 45 minutes for an employee, who was outside with men discharging fireworks ON the hotel parking lot! No one ever answered the hotel phones. We tried calling and even contacted Choice Privileges - who also couldn't get anyone to answer. Upon the employee's arrival to the front desk at 11:00, no apologies were given to customers for our need to wait 45 minutes. The room was semi-clean and it was quiet after the fireworks. However, our non-smoking room reeked with cigarette smell. There was no elevator (we were on 2nd floor), no continental breakfast (although advertised), no hair dryer, no coffee, no iron, no hangers, and the ice machine was broken. When I asked what the problem was concerning the condition of rooms and staff help, the employee said she was the only one working. This was one of the worst experiences we have had with hotels.

1. Stayed in room 207. Washroom had a broken shower curtain rod. 2. Shower and sink areas had long black hairs all over the surfaces. 3. For 4th of July the staff / check in women had their boyfriends in the parking lot and were throwing and lighting firecrackers and fire works in the parking lot central drive area, approx 10 feet from guests vehicles. They did this for about an hour causing an ignition / fire hazard. The boyfriend tells me to make sure I leave a good review. Please let me know if you would like video of them lighting the fireworks as well as the mess in the parking lot the next morning. I have that video.

I would not recommend staying here, especially during 4th of July weekend. There were fireworks exploding in the hotel parking, right outside our room's window until nearly 11PM, while they advertise "quiet hours" (at 9PM), that was not the case. Staff at the front desk was very rude and it took nearly 20 minutes to check in. Our room was definitely not one of the remodeled rooms and was pretty dirty. One positive: the AC worked and the bed were comfortable, but not enough pillows.
