Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom is small but it was not a problem. Great price for this hotel. Great location

My room was complete, clean and perfectly maintained. It was easy to see that the owner, manager, housekeeping, and maintenance care and work hard to present a great guest experience in a value- priced hotel.
The room was immaculately clean. The room was appointed with a fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, internet, and a shower that included shampoo and had a shower wand. The towels are good quality. The bed sheets and bed cover were good quality and the pillow are comfortable.
I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms. The quality to price paid is excellent at this Sleep Inn.

Bathroom door didn’t slide closed in original room and no towels, so we were upgraded to a very nice room.

Budget friendly. Stayed one night. Clean enough, hotel guest were loud with their doors slamming at all hours(hotel had no control over that) just mentioning. For the price of $80 a night I felt like I got my money’s worth. Did not eat the free breakfast.

Definitely a budget hotel. Probably would not stay here or at another one again. Shower is a camper shower and breakfast was subpar.

Had to stay overnight in Johnson City recently for an event at ETSU. chose this property due to the fact it was rated Excellent on Expedia, and it was fairly cheap. Upon arrival, I immediately knew I’d been duped. The grounds are not kept up at all. Not a bad sign when the outside looks like an abandoned building. The check in was fine, but upon entering the room you are met with humidity along the lines of a tropical rain forest. Imagine old, aging window unit AC that isn’t properly dehumidifying. The sheets on the bed even felt damp from the humidity. There was garbage at the foot of the bed, obviously indicating the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. I arrived late, so my options to leave were limited. Oh, how I wish I had spent the extra to stay at a decent hotel.
Bottom line, if you are looking for a place to stay that’s kinda like staying outdoors in a post-apocalyptic rainforest, then you will love this property!
Don’t listen to the reviews stating this as excellent. I suspect bots or AI now, and I will never trust Expedia’s ratings again.

Good place to stay if you're from out of town, but in towners beware. They want a $250 cash deposit to hold on check in just because you live in the area. So silly. Otherwise would stay again.
