Absolutely filthy. Nothing like the pictures. Door would not shut all the way, felt unsafe. Toilet had hairs on the seat, used tissue on the door. The smell made me nauseous. I work in mental health, and see people with mental health issues live in cleaner conditions than this. I was concerned to even touch anything. Left within 3 minutes of walking in. No refund available. 😕

Coffee pot not working at ‘Breakfast” and inch wide gap under room door. Hair dryer plug not working, heater over compensated for door gap and had to turn it down. Bed was comfortable with 3 half size pillows. Employees were polite.
