Everything was good, nice staff, good breakfast, clean room, bath not super clean, toilet was dirty on it base and the shower needs a better clean but overall it was ok.

Room was very clean and the staff very good the greeted us with a smile every time we came in. And they welcomed my pet and said hello every time they saw her. I’m from MI. And people aren’t always friendly. Va. Is. Everybody is friendly I enjoyed my stay very much.

Great service. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. I don’t remember his name but he deserves a big raise. Made our stay comfortable.

I did not eat the breakfast as we had plans. My family and I have stayed here in years past for the Hills of Home festival and it was super nice and clean. For those reasons, I decided to book again. This time, the carpets are very dirty. Especially in the elevator. None of it looks like it’s ever been cleaned. The staff however, were super friendly and informative on local eats, etc. Also, My kids were sad to hear that the cat passed away!
