Shampoo and conditioner are not included, but never mentioned on the hotel website. Our room was tilted so badly, our suitcase rolled by itself for at least 4 feet til it hit the wall. Because of the tilt, our feet layed higher in the bed than our heads. There was a good amount of dirt on the outside of the window and windows frame. Though there was a tissue box hole in the counter, there were no tissues. The bathroom door was slightly rotted, very chipped, and didn't close. I asked for the manager to contact me, but they didn't.

Worst motel of entire trip and I don't say that lightly. We went to motel early hoping we could get bottom floor of the property. Husband is handicapped and every other property worked with us but not this property. Put us on second floor and I do remember putting lower floor in remarks.
No coffee. Bed old and uncomfortable. Indoor pool in the summer is covered over. Owners do nothing with this property but take money. No pride at all in this motel. I would never stay again. Also just look and you like they don't understand english. Terrible management, terrible motel.
