The AC was not working and the hotel is run down There are mold in the shower I have to call housekeepers because the shower floor is dirty The room is so small and not updated the bed are old and the furnitures are old

It was a recently remodeled room so it was clean and looked decent. Just know they do not do early check in only 3pm or after on the dot. I called the night before if 1pm check in would be possible and they said yes. Once we got there the manager said they don’t so I was put in a tight spot because we had to get ready for a 3pm wedding. If they had told me no the night before we would’ve gotten ready at home and then driven to wedding. She didn’t even try to see if she could accommodate.

The motel 6 in atascadero is an excellent place to stay right now they are modeling I don't know like half of it one half's already done and that half is excellent man I am saying it is a must stay if you'd like a cheap and affordable room they are very clean very courteous staff excellent man I'm telling you go there

Not much to say, it's a normal Motel 6, but they are remodeling it, and those rooms are pretty nice.

Part of the property under construction. Pool is small and unheated. Rooms were fine, but the showers are designed to fail, and they did with us, flooding the bathroom. We mopped up with what towels we could find. We asked the front desk to clean it up while we were out for the day. We returned to find that they had done nothing. Mediocre hotel in a MAGA town. Avoid.
