Good

Hotel smelled awful, both in the lobby and on our floor. There was a huge roach near the elevator. There was water leaking from the AC in the room onto the wood floors, and the room was either too hot/humid or too cold. Close to the airport. The guy who checked us in was friendly and helpful.

Property seems like a hang-out spot for the less fortunate.

The price is right, but old and broken furniture

We needed to get a few hours of sleep since our flight didn’t get in til the wee hours. We booked a room, were greeted by a very nice man n went to our room. It was clean, quiet & comfortable. Just what we needed.

The hotel staff was friendly. The place is extremely close to the airport. However, The entire hotel reeked of "weed" including the lobby and hallways. The nonsmoking rooms smelled terrible, like filth and cigarette smoke. The furniture was shabby and damaged. The A/C didn't work properly. The beds were hard, and the pillows were awful. I've stayed in some bad hotels. That was one of the worst. There were guests wandering the halls all night being loud. It honestly felt as if it should have been condemned. The safety warnings about locking the room doors immediately were telling and felt as if they were a very important part of the stay, and they literally charged me $7 to park my car over night. If there was a reliable way to ask for a refund that place deserved it.
