I arrived and was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. After receiving my room key, my family and I proceeded to our assigned room on the third floor. Upon opening the door, we discovered that the room had not been cleaned.
I returned to the front desk and informed the staff member of the situation. He apologized and promptly reassigned us to a different room on the first floor.
I have stayed at this hotel for many years, and while I have generally had positive experiences, this is the first time I have encountered this issue. It was particularly frustrating on this occasion, as we had already carried all of our luggage—including traveling with children—to the third floor after a long and tiring drive.

Always nice when I check in. Ckean rooms. Will be requesting a room on backside of hotel next time. Too noisy on the front side. Lots of parking. Easy to get to. Good prices.
