I am very happy with the reservation process, easy. Room is very nice, quiet even though it is near the freeway, which also made it easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful even though I was checking in quite late. Good value.

Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Not clean, smelled terribly bad of some type of scented spray that never went away. Suspicious people around so had to completely remove everything from vehicle. Do not stay here, place should be torn down.

Great price for a clean, reliable room near downtown Bellingham! I had a few items mistakenly left in my room and had no trouble recovering everything in unharmed condition. Vikram at the front desk was particularly helpful! Will definitely consider this property next time I stay in B-Ham.

The floor was sticky, covered in hair, there was garbage on the a/c unit and we found mould or some other substance all between the sheets

So we had a mix up with Expedia and one of the rooms was a day short. Other hotels would have grabbed our items and either thrown away or bagged our stuff. However Neil made sure to call us if we were okay and wanted to figure out what happened. Extremely forgiving and helpful, he gave us the time to go back and fix our reservation. Extremely good customer service that went above and beyond what most hotels offer. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and good area close to several fast food joints. A good starting point for sight seeing. 6/5 stars will come again.
