Staff was nice, had a security guard, room was clean, lots of warm water and good water pressure.

Room was clean, nice and relaxing!

Older property BUT...positives: Nice staff, clean room (206), comfortable bed and I slept well, free pets, gated and secure for exiting vehicles, security cameras on all sides of property, laundry facilities, new exterior paint, ongoing renovations room by room, large property, staff cleaning parking lot debris daily, outdoor pool, microwave in lobby, vending machines, coffee carafe in lobby. Negatives: sink faucet very loose, very limited towels, only 2 pillows on the bed, door handle secure but I had to reset handle on interior each time I exited in order for deadbolt to retract into door and secure room, some rooms rented to Section 8 so Bbq's and other personal gear outside doors, exits from second floor limited to ends of buildings making any emergency exiting not as fast as it could be. My only real negative concern was waiting almost two hours for extra towels and extra pillows. No apologies for the lag. New construction materials neatly stacked and out of the way, so its quite evideht good effort is progressing on renovations.

Parking was easy sote secure staff friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked fine. Room was suppose to be non smoking was not. Towels stained, tubcracked. Bought my own bleach to clean it. Glad i did

Did not tell me that my room was moved to another facility so I had to drive 30 extra minutes to another city which added another 30 min to my location. Did not even stay the night. Left at 2am.

Should have turned around right from the beginning. Terrible property all around. Old toilets, mattresses, mini fridges, and overall junk all over the place. Woke up to roaches on the headboard, then started seeing them all over the place. Simply disgusting! Went to front desk and the man never even apologized, but questioned me on why I waited until 7 am to say something! We were shaking off every item of clothing to make sure we dosing bring any bugs back with us!

Room next to us was loud and room had roaches got a non smoking room and clearly was a smoking room had no tv remote

People hanging out talking BBQ children sitting on stairs and don't want to move more like apartments than a motel.f
