Very Disappointed
The bathtub was dirty with hair all over it when we got here. There was no blanket on the bed. We stayed at the Motel 6 on Beach Blvd last time and it was perfect and this property is a big let down after that.

Okay experience but there's a person in a management position that was very unhelpful. Didn't try to go the extra mile to help with my needs. Everyone else was very professional. I will not disclose her identity but I hope she'll treat guests equally important.

Mangers are rude!!! They act like police officers feeling uncomfortable. Broken bath door didn't close "hinge missing screws" Management lazy sitting in front office bullshitting doing NOTHING. They should be taking care of the property!!! Maria Garcia do your job or start looking for a new one!!!

I wanted a place to rest and sleep place is noisy and dangerous. I woke up in the morning with a slashed tire. Apparently at night someone was slashing tires. I was left with a police note at night. In the morning the police came did a report. Ruin my getaway trip had to buy a brand new tire since insurance did not want to cover it nor the place I bought the tires (what is worse tires were brand new with not a lot of use). I had to spend another $250 for a tire. The suppose savings I did were more like a huge loss.

Even though my expectations were limited, I was still surprised by how dirty the room was upon check in. Luckily, we only needed a place to lay our heads for a few hours. The bathroom looked as if it had not been cleaned at all and there was still trash left in the trash can. I won't go into the gross details of the dirty bathroom, but believe me when I say - it was NOT cleaned. The bed was made up, but very uncomfortable. The staff was very kind upon check-in and check-out, but the room itself was awful. If we hadn't been so tired on check-in, I would have asked for a new room, but we opted to just get some rest.
