Ants in the room ALL OVER THE ROOM The room originially given to us had been used and not made up. given another room with bugs. no refrigerator and charged extra I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

I am a travel nurse and work at night. Sue to traffic I had to go straight to work Fri night. I called and talked to someone that said they wouldn't give my room away. I had a Fri and sat morning hjt reservation. I worked Saturday night also so needed to sleep during the day Sat. She said it was fine. They wouldn't give my room away. I told her I knew I would still be paying for both nights. She even askede when I would be there. I said around 8 AM. Got there Saturday morning and you guessed it. They had giveny room away.
