The room was nice and the staff was very nice. I only wish there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room

first 2 nights our smoke detector chirped all night and i reported it asap that first morning, i was told it would be looked at, we came back to the hotel and didnt notice anything, but was woken up several times so finally around 4am i went to the desk and told them and was told he would report it but nothing he could do for me. That next morning i asked the front desk guy if anything was said and he said no and wanted to know if i was in the same room still. ( well yeah nobody offered anything else) so then the 3rd night our toilet wasnt flushing and i went to the desk and asked for a plunger and the guy told me they didnt have one and that he would get ahold of maintenance, but it wouldnt be right away and once again nothing he could do for me, so we went the rest of the night and that next morning without a toilet. When i checked out (early) because we had to go somewhere to use the bathroom, he said the night shift guy never said a thing to anyone and that there was infact a plunger on a cart i couldve used and again sorry but nothing they could do for me. so i paid for a hotel that kept us up 2 nights all hours and then one night without working plumbing. They also set the fire alarm off checking systems which had the fire department out there up and down the hallways (im not complaining about the fire department, im glad they are so prompt) want to mention as well i was messaging the hotel with the issues on top of turning them in to the front desk

The room was extremely small the laundry room was out of order people using drugs in the open wasn’t a legal drug customer service was even worse

The tub was dirty as well as the refrigerator. Tv didn't work that great and not a lot of channels. The people staying there were questionable. One guy was yelling at his dog and hitting it. Was scared to stay there.

Very upset with management. Checked in around 11:30pm the night before and got late check out so we could sleep in having driven 17 hours.

it is good and it was clean room

If you want to step on a used needle. This is the place to go. You get what you pay for

Continental breakfast should be provided as most people expect that. Also should have shampoo provided.

For an economy hotel it is a nice building well maintained. However the thermostat was so complex the clerk had to come to the room to set it.
