clean room, friendly and accommodating staff, A/C kept room nice and cool, Denny's is right next door, Waffle house, S&S Produce Store (fresh vegetables and fruit), 7/11 among some other shops are within walking distance.

The manager,Kumar, is very courteous and hospitable as he sets standard for his staff as well.In my experience, is definitely one of the good motel 6's.
In my opinion ,however ,
They should consider lowering the price, and align closer to their competitors in the area.
