My door was broken, wouldn't completely close or lock and clerk couldn't care less. Absolutely no help at all. Don't think he turned in a report because I never heard a word back. Never again!

Clean

The room needed clean towels and sheets. After that everything went great.

One of our rooms was compromised with flying ants. My cousin in the room was not able to get any sleep. I asked for a refund for that room, management only offered 50% refund. This was not adequate based on the fact that the room was unusable.

Room was clean but old and needed some minor cosmetic repairs. Shower had no water pressure and water only got to lukewarm. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great stay

This experience was an absolute disaster. Upon check-in, staff attempted to change the reservation. Then, we were assigned to a smoking room (not ideal for someone with asthma), dirty, in poor condition, no microwave, exposed light switches, and non-working outlets. Staff attempted to enter the room while we were out. They claim to be pet-friendly but harassed us about our dogs. The heater in our room did not work. We requested a different room since the temps were below freezing. The new room wasn't much better. Also dirty, holes in the wall, and not similar to our reservation request. Our first stay was excellent here, but after this stay, we won't be returning. Every part of our stay failed to meet what we reserved.

Clean rooms and most of the staff

Great staff, easy access and egress. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily.
