I would stay here again.

We have stayed here many times and have truly enjoyed it. The place is in an excellent location for the beach, restaurants and the best RON JONS shopping. This last stay was terrible with rats in our room and cigarette butts everywhere outside. The staff was very helpful in giving us a new room but unfortunately the rats came there too. We moved down the road the next day.

Office personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told by a helpful front desk clerk that there were no "Smoke-free" rooms available and to check back in 30 minutes. When I came back in 30 minutes, a "non-helpful" clerk told me there were no smoke-free rooms and to check back in another 30 minutes. I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes debating whether to find another hotel when the original (helpful) clerk let me know that, in fact, there was a smoke-free room available. I got a clean, decently updated room and had a good nights stay. When I went to check out the following morning, the non-helpful clerk walked out of the lobby as I was walking in; didn't say a word or consider that maybe a customer needed help. I sat in the empty lobby for a few minutes before a maid took my key-card and room number and told me she'd take care of it. So mostly helpful staff and one not-so-helpful front desk clerk.

Great place , ne'er to restaurants and also near to a Bar 🍻. Also they offer arrange Shuttles to the cruices

Awesome place to stay if you’re visiting cocoa beach!!

Absolute fifth. Feet were black, not dirty like weve stayed in somw beach places, black. Garbage under our beds. Sheets dirty. Garbage everywhere outside the building in garbage bags. We didnt stay. We packed up my family and left. We paid for queens we got full beds. The only thing nice was our lady that checked in. She was absolutely wonderful and thats it. Wish we could get a refund.
