Floor was dirty. Office was accommodating.

Would absolutely not book again. I’m not sure how this was rated as well as it was when I booked. This place is garbage, more so than most the cheap motels I have stayed at. There is little to no room to move around in the room. Maybe 28 inches between the beds that are pushed up against the wall and one side and the ac on the other. It made it hard for 4 people to function or even bring all our stuff in. It smells like mold. There was no toilet paper holder. We were told at check in that there would not be any room cleaning until Monday, but they came in our room the first day while we were out anyway. The only working electrical outlet in the room was the one the tv and microwave are on. The other outlets were not installed properly and would push into the wall when trying to plug in and then push out the cord and not allow it to plug in. We all had to rotate charging our phones on the only working outlet. The bathroom light/ fan would not stop flickering. The mini fridge froze all the groceries we got for the weekend, ruining everything (meat, cheese, fresh fruit, salads, sodas).

Manager on staff was super pleasant and helpful.

Everything was great except the water pressure was low.

I have a Handicap placker and other non Handicap cars were parking in them. My room had a shower and the water in flow all over the floor. I will not return to that location. New management needed.

Everything was good, close to a lot of things we wanted to do. Staff was very polite. It was our first trip to Padre Island. We had a lot of fun.

Staff is racist!
