This property welcome to pets and an extra guess that I had with me that wasn't on my reservation without an extra charge they were very nice about any occurrence I would stay there again the rooms were decent

The hotel in general seems to be in disrepair. The toilet paper holder had been ripped out of the wall, the A/C was VERY loud and didn’t really work, and the shower head was broken. It was supposed to be smoke free, but you could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom, likely from a vent shared with the neighboring room. The pictures on Expedia are NOT for this hotel.
On the plus side, it was very cheap. And you get what you pay for. The room was also large, there were no bugs, and though I don’t think the floor was particularly clean it was hard surface (no carpet) which made it feel clean.
The staff were friendly.

Took a very long time to get someone to come to the desk. He stressed the fact that there was a hot tub in the bathroom but did not mention that there was no shower. Had to re-locate. No Kleenex, no shampoo, no blow dryer. Air conditioner was blowing even though it was cold and icy out. Next day no one was there after checking twice and calling.
