Rooms were dirty. Cockroaches in room. Hallway stunk of cigarettes.

The first room we got smelt like wet dog rotten carpet and old smoke! The staff was very helpful she changed us to another room but that smelt just as bad smelt like old cigarette smoke with wet old carpet! We just stayed there anyways. The only thing good about the place was the staff.

The room had a broken self on there stand which I was blamed for , when I didn’t know I had to report something that was already there. I went to class the day after my reservation and when I came back all my things were missing from the room an they threw away all my food and water because the had an issue with their system and didn’t see my full reservation. The two women at the front desk were rude and demeaning to me when I showed them multiple times my full reservation. Then they proceeded to cancel/not honor my reservation because of their negligence an I was left stranded with all my things after class in the cold to find where else I will go. I received a package that was delivered to the front desk and it’s also being withheld from me since I left there. The whole ordeal was demoralizing and disrespectful. I need my whole refund back for my stay there for the inconvenience an having to change my hotel room a buy all new things that were stolen from me by staffs. My name and contact info were part of my reservation and I should have been made aware and I wasn’t and I was met with rudeness. I need my money back now !

Staff was nice, I got 1 of the newer rooms they were nice to. The only issue I had was I went there the night of a storm and the whole night we couldn’t watch tv because they use satellite.

I was rudely checked out even though I had a reservation and I’m missing many of my items plus they tossed my food

I did not need to use laundry. Parking was close and as expected.
