Staff at check-in helped with my 3 bags, since they didn't have a cart available in the Lobby.
When I checked out today, the same man was on duty and took my key cards, but didn't offer to help with my bags.
They knew I had 2 surgeries and am still recovering from that, so they should really have a Hotel Cart or two available by the Lobby for us guests to use.
Especially as a Senior who had surgery.

This is literally the most disgusting hotel i have ever seen. Immediately when you walk in it smells like mildew and dogs. The hall carpet is so stained, the wallpaper in my room was peeling off, there was mold in the bathroom light fixture, there was hair all over the bathroom floor. I could go on and on. I cannot even believe that this place is open for business because i can promise you it would never pass a health inspection!

This place is a dump. So many gross things in these rooms. They gave me a room and were like “we haven’t cleaned it yet but here’s your key”. We walked in and were like hell no, you guys need to clean this before you give us a room. Then they give us one that’s actually clean…that is if you can get past the boogers on the walls, water stains on the ceiling, giant spider, and soiled window curtain.

Don’t do it…sink and shower was clogged changed rooms twice. Said non smoking all I smelt was smoke.

Towels were new. Large TV. Had hot water for shower. AC worked.
Overall the motel was very rundown and dirty. Exit door to enter hotel near my room was broken and didn’t even close. My room’s door lock was broken, only silver bar latch could be used but was loose. (I blocked the door for safety using chairs tipped on their sides.) The bathroom receding lights had no cover, carpet was very worn and dirty. The cabinets were worn down with missing finish, and toilet seat was also chipped. Spider hung from ceiling upon waking. 💔
