i paid for this room for my son, wife, and 3 year old daughter, who are currently homeless. i live about 700 miles away. they had stayed there multiple times. the hotel would not let them check in, claiming that they destroyed the room on their last stay, and had smoked in the room. THEY DO NOT SMOKE.. they were in the room less than 10 hours to shower and sleep. there was no damage to the room. Motel 6 discriminated against them because they are currently homeless. I could not get a refund as it was prepaid.

First the positives…. Easy check in with nice staff. Also, the outside of the motel is very well lit, which is a good thing because this motel is in a sketchy area!
Floors were bad, sink had no counter space, and room had no closet. Need and pillows were ok.
Lots of people “live” at this motel… hanging around, dogs barking etc. The side by check in has a security guard. Probably best to stay on that side if you decide to stay here.
I don’t think a single woman would feel safe here.

Pretty ok. Floor was pretty grungy and my sink was painted over, but the sheets were clean and there weren’t bugs. Staff is very great with customer service and very friendly which is hard to come by with hotel staff these days. They happily accommodated my request to check in very early with a few. The downside was that I had to be in a 2nd floor room. There was a very strong odor in the room as if it used to be a smoking room and needed to be aired out. It got all over my belongings and made my stuff stink.
