The room was clean! The property is in a pretty new area. The breakfast was okay but think it will be better. This place is pretty good.

The rooms were dirty floor was sticky, trash on the side and back of the bed, a man’s hat was left there from a previous stay. There’s no curtains on the window so the room is bright all night.

The room smells very musty and outdated. Didn’t even use the fridge, smells bad right when you open it. Didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower, the towels seemed very old and used. The toilet flushes poorly, needs 2 flushing to get the toilet paper to flush down after doing #1, will likely clog for #2.
In terms of accessibility from I-10, yes it’s good location. Parking is plenty. The staff are nice & respectful.
