Nasty unclean room.
Out of the 7 rooms I got only three were usable for sleeping and one of those the shower didn’t work.

I just used this room to take a nap in, I didn’t want to fall asleep driving.
& I don’t have my car camping set up ready yet…
I was on the first floor, there alone, single woman. I did NOT like the fact that my window was unlocked. This is a huge safety concern in the world we have today, and human trafficking being prominent.
The price is unbeatable.
The room was mediocre at best.
I couldn’t find the TV remote.
The furniture could have been wiped down better (marks on the counter from beverages).
Staff was polite.
It does look janky outside but for the price it’s worth it.

Horrible place. My husband wouldn’t even let us say there as it’s not safe.
Dirty, the curtain was hanging and broken when we walked in and the bed had been made but someone had slept on it!!!
We’re waiting to see if they will give our money back.

It’s a simple motel in a convenient location. It’s getting a bit run-down – could use a fresh paint job and new caulking in the shower—nothing gross – just been used. The staff was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It’s close to the airport, which is nice if you’re traveling by plane.

Unclean room. Found AT LEAST TWO bed bugs right before checking out. Have photo and video proof. There was also a plastic bag over the fire detector??? Front staff said he needed manager to issue refund but no manager on site. Emailed radisson directly and filled out contact us form and they can’t help me because I was not given a receipt. Called twice to have receipt emailed and was told it was sent but never received it.
