Most peaceful stay ever!!

Nasty roach infested

It was quiet but no safe space for dogs to use bathroom pool not operating when asking questions or for towels etc staff gets rude it’s located in a drug infested area

They charged me 12$ for my bother to come in to my room andgot mad we he my family would come and bring me stuff for my baby

No pool which is why i booked the motel. Room was full was told they would get me another blanket and never did. Found drugs behind/under the microwave in the room so apperently they dont clean very well.. never again...

the staff needs to be cleaning and scrubbing the rooms, not just changing sheets

From the moment I arrived, this property made it clear standards were not a priority. The front desk staff were engaged in a petty back-and-forth with other customers serious enough that police were called, which delayed my check-in significantly. When I finally got to my room, the problems compounded immediately. I had paid extra for a smoking room but arrived to find a no-smoking sign on the door and a hallway that smelled strongly of urine. The key card barely functioned. Inside, the door fit so poorly there were gaps at the top, bottom, and side, making the room as loud as being outside. The desk in front of the TV had not been cleaned. The floor was dirty. The blinds had cigarette burns. The sheets had cigarette burns. The pillows were visibly stained. The bed was hard and loud with every movement. When I pulled the bed forward to unplug a humming lamp on the headboard, I found tobacco and trash behind it that had clearly been there a long time. The bathroom was no better. The sink was filthy. The counter was held up by a 2x4. The vent was packed with dust. After about an hour I returned my key and left. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

This location wasn’t even able to access our reservation through Expedia then wanted to charge us more than we paid through Expedia. It was late, they weren’t willing to just get us in a room so they could figure out things on their end since we had given them our Expedia itinerary # and details. Sat in our car (since the lobby smells terrible) and was on hold with Expedia forever since they weren’t willing unable to reach anyone in management at this location to resolve our issue. Never again!

The first room we were put in had "not yet been renovated". That's no issue...but the electric door barely worked, the door frame itself looked like it had been kicked in /broken into more than once and there was a huge gap under the door. So the second room we were put in was newly renovated and fairly nice. However it was not cleaned very well: there was dirt in the corners, the bed covers both looked like they hadn't been washed. There was no blankets on the bed; only a sheet and a thin cover. There was ZERO cold water, so what were we supposed to give the dogs to drink? The guy looked at it and said he'd "turn down the hot water" and gave us a handful of bottles of water to give the dogs. We had to refill the bottles and leave them in the fridge so they would be drinkable. The pool was closed and the "dog area" was a small patch of grass between the parking lot and the busy road. When I asked the front desk, she did tell me we could take the dogs around the back to a large area. Staff were as helpful as they could be with what they had to work with.
