Nice hotel close to everything. Room was very nice and clean. We had a minor issue and requested a maintenance man. I no sooner got back to my room and the maintenance man was there already; he was very nice and had us fixed up in less than five minutes. Thanks, great service!

The staff were amazing and exceptionally friendly. The area of the motel was a bit sketchy and I didn’t feel safe at night to take my pet out. The pet area was very smelly and people didn’t clean up after their pets. There are renovations going on, our room was beautiful. The bed was uncomfortable, there was tissue stuff in/over the peep hole. No fault to the hotel but the people in the next room and a few rooms down stayed out in the walkway until 2:30am on their phone, talking, and yelling loudly both nights, and it echoed keeping us up most of the night. The parking lot was dirty and the parking is ridiculous. I do believe there were people living there, and seemed to be people hanging around that didn’t belong there making me feel unsure and unsafe. We checked out this morning and our sink didn’t drain, the jetted tub gurgled all night, and when we turned our keys in the office was full of many customers that their rooms had sewage back up in their rooms, ruining some of their personal items, and they could no longer stay in their rooms.

Pool wasn’t working but good other than that

Clean, newly renovated rooms, parking was tight. Walking distance to Gatlinburg trail, we saw a bear almost every day for a week, several times in motel property. Dog friendly.

Property is okay it's not the fact the property is okay it's the fact that when you ask for a refund you should get a refund when you don't stay at the property so I'm not really happy with the respect but I've got because I've not got anything back when I didn't stay here

You get what you pay for. Very conveniently located and cheap in price.

The rooms were clean and remodeled no coffee makers nor phone in the room so if you need the front desk you have to walk all the way to the front. Staff was very friendly. There were a lot of bears but they were friendly not aggressive. The pool DOES NOT WORK it is closed however they will let you swim at the days inn down the road. Will stay there again
