Nice hotel close to everything. Room was very nice and clean. We had a minor issue and requested a maintenance man. I no sooner got back to my room and the maintenance man was there already; he was very nice and had us fixed up in less than five minutes. Thanks, great service!

This property was very poorly lit outside. When we checked in there was a roach on the floor and the bed sheets were covered in dog hair. I went and checked out immediately and asked for a refund. I had to submit a request for a refund and they acted as though I never checked out so I only got half my money back. I would NOT recommend this place .

The rooms have been remodeled since we were there 3 yrs ago. Much cleaner and beautiful looking in rooms. Staff was great very easy to work with. Have a large truck with handycap thong on back hard to find parking. They made it accommodation for us to park easily.

Had to call for maintenance for microwave and heating. Bathtub didn’t drain well. In need of updates and repairs. They have policy that room has to have house keeping change sheets every day and if you have pets you must be there to take pet out of room while they are doing so. This is not mentioned until you have already paid for room. This is inconvenient because you don’t know when they will arrive to your room. Would not stay again.

Arrived at Hotel a night Early, Rented a Jacuzzi Room, It was not a Jacuzzi but a jetted tub , Cockroaches crawling in the tub they didn’t have another room, next day when my booking was for they didn’t have a Jacuzzi room got put in a different room no jacuzzi, lot cheaper and cleaner than so called Jacuzzi room I stayed in the night before asked about a reimbursement and still waiting paid for jacuzzi room but got a lot cheaper room instead, the staff is nice but the roaches are everywhere even killed on on the counter at checkout
