The place is a bit older of a place for sure, but with that being said they really keep it clean and the rooms are nice, no bugs of any kind the bed was very comfortable, the pool area was super clean and nice, the staff was A++++ , it was 114 degrees and the air was remarkable, kept up with no issues, yes they are pet friendly even tho I did not have a pet but I seen others there. I feel they went above and beyond for me as a guest, I am an otr truck driver and 6 of my family members wanted to come visit me, they had no problem with them swimming and us having a small gathering pool side, didnt even charge me extra as long as no one stayed over which they went home, I just am a picky person and for personal reasons I like having my own space and privacy so I didnt stay with family.. microwave and fridge in room, everything worked as it should and they had more channels for the TV then any place I have stayed before.. I was on the bottom floor 109 right by the pool, it was quite as well.. price was extraordinarily reasonable for being right outside of phoenix, and plenty of stores within walking distance. Would stay again no doubt ..

They need a head housekeeper to check all rooms that are completed by the housekeepers some rooms are a little dirty or missing some items like toilet paper or ice buckets

They really need to have a head housekeeper checking all the finished rooms once again there was no toilet paper and again I had to use my own there was some kind of what looked like pizza sauce on the wall underneath the nightstand between the beds and didn't have the usual cable box connected to the tv

You get what you pay for I guess. There were homeless people standing and sleeping around the parking lot. When we got to the room at first glance it didn’t look too bad but then you notice how small and dirty the bathroom is. The faucet was messed up, the walls were stained and old. It wasn’t a good experience.
