The staff is very nice, the property is clean and low noise. It's nicer in those regards than a lot of other Motel 6 locations. My only complaint is that for some reason, this had the most uncomfortable mattress I ever slept on. I don't typically have that issue at Motel 6. But overall great value for the price.

Decent parking. Motel was cleaned up and painted sufficiently but still showed wear and tear. They charge a $100 deposit which I did not see on hotels.com when I booked the room. They would not let us use the card we booked the room on for the deposit so I had to leave a cash deposit but made sure I was able to get that the next morning. There was no hot water. We went to the office and she said he would open the valve upstairs. It was late so we didn't check it again but the next morning there was still no hot water.

Room clean the manager very friendly and helpful. Last time I was there December 26 2025 gave me a downstairs room when she discovered I had a disability and a service dog. She advised me to call and let them know in advance anytime I book with Motel 6. It turned out I was traveling though Gallup NM again so I called and she had the same room spotless and waiting for me.
She is very professional and friendly
