at check in we told there would be (2) bottles of water. not there, or drinking cups, soap for the sink.

I was supposed to check in at 3 and they didn’t finish clear up the room and I been wait for 25 min till get my room and the room don’t look good and the blanket had hole in it but good breakfast so I give them 2 star.. I won’t come to that hotel again thank you

Dirty room. Hair on floor and floors were sticky. Disgusting toilet. Bedbugs in bed along with hair and food crumbs. Also, beds looked like they were from IKEA, very bad. Left immediately and got a refund.

We were a late check-in as we spent the entire day at Hershey Park and just needed a place to lay our heads for the night. For the price, I was not expecting a grand hotel experience. However, upon entering the room, there was a horrible smell; it was not moldy, it was just "old" smelling. The floors in the bathroom and the main room were covered in a greasy film to the point that we were sliding. The side tables looked like they had been splashed with a sugary drink. The toilet seat was covered with some brown powder. I always carry Clorox wipes with me, so they saved the day. Not that the status of the lobby makes a difference to the stay, but there was milk dumped all over the floor. The room itself was the first door at the beginning of the hallway, which normally would not matter; however, the door had no bottom, leaving about a 2-inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. So, being close to the lobby, the room was brightened by the hallway and by the noise of guests coming and going. Then the air conditioner, which thankfully blew cold air, sounded like someone was constantly shaking a bag of quarters. Again, had we not been exhausted and it not have been so late, I probably would have complained and hoped to get a better room, but I didn't want to go through with all that as we were exhausted, and when we walked in, I witnessed another guest asking for a refund, so I saw how long that process was. Had we not had a 3-hour drive home, we would have left.

Staff was obviously overworked. There were remnants of food, hair, and stains in the room. Ants had started to gather around food. The breakfast food was horrible. I can't imagine that I would recommend or stay there again.

Never again! Pros, good TV, Cold Refrigerator, air conditioner worked good. Cons, Everything else, live ants in bed and on the floor. only 2 small lights in the room, broken drawer so use it to put clothes in, no iron or ironing board, no tissues, broken mirror, stains on bedding, rust stains in sink, just overall not very clean. Glad we were there just one night. When I said about the ants to the front desk they just blew me off, never again!!
