I really enjoyed my stay at the Motel 6 and I felt safe. The shuttle bus was a plus too. After calling the hotel, I waited about 30 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to pick me up. I was less than 10 minutes away from my concert at The Pavilion Toyota Music Factory and the same from the Dallas Airport too! The hotel lobby was clean. The front desk clerks were nice and friendly and so were the shuttle drivers. My room, the bathroom, and my linens were clean. The room was modernized and the tv worked. The air conditioner blew out quiet cool air. I enjoyed my stay and I will stay there again in the future.

It has roaches, air conditioners broke. Would not recommend. I have a video of a big ass roach in my sink. They lost my items as well.

You need more options of food inside to the hotel because as I, I came at midnight directly from the airport and leaving at 7:30 am. Thanks

As far as the room goes, you get what you pay for. It has a weird smell throughout and there was hair in the shower. Be ware if you choose to use the shuttle to and from the airport. We paid for extended parking because we were flying out for vacation the next morning. Transportation to the airport was late by about 10 minutes and we never got picked up once we came back from vacation. Called several times and no one answered. We ended up taking a taxi back to retrieve our vehicle. When I asked to speak to someone, I was told to email. We’ll see if I get a response.
