Wow. This place is an absolute s**t hole complete with poor pathway lighting, aluminum frame beds that make terrible noise with every move and unsavory guests. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

I actually want a refund my towels and rags were stained, roaches in the bathroom just overall too expensive for the condition I’m still waiting for contact from Expedia about my cancellation

Very nasty! I'd say it's like 3 good rooms have to pay extra to get them

The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning.
