Michael, who checked me in, was fantastic to work with! He was upfront with the fact that he was new and still learning and he did so very tactful. He also mentioned there had been some technical glitches with the computer so it may go slow which was not a bother for me.
Michael’s confidence boosted after he nailed my check in and gave me the best advice for parking! Please keep fellas like Michael around! Friendly, down to earth, and honest!

I never stayed there, I had a room booked but missed the checkout window and charged full price with my family in my car and told I couldn’t check in since I was a no show, I called and let them know I’d arrive in the morning they told me I couldn’t check in. Didnt stay but the service was -10 out of ten, zero would be an upgrade. Won’t be coming back and spreading the word, go somewhere else
