Overall it was a great experience! Clean hotel.

Bad place to stay.

The nonsmoking room smelled of smoke with cigarette burns in the sheets. The door “closed” and locked but you could see a full line of sight through the opening. The man in the room next to us was yelling and screaming at someone and sounded violent and scary. We left and did stay. Absolutely horrible!

After checking in, I put my suitcase in the room and went to supper. Upon returning from supper, I found 3 cockroaches in an otherwise clean and neat room. I notified the front desk, in person, and the clerk offered me another room. I accepted the new room. The new room was clean and neat but lacked overhead lighting. The only lighting in the room was next to the bed. The light switch inside the door did not turn on any lights. Since I entered this room after dark, I had to leave the door open to get enough outside light to see inside and locate a light inside the room that turned on (that light was next to the bed. The switch was under that light.) The lack of a light to turn on before entering a room after dark is not safe. Fortunately, I did not have any roaches in this room. Overall, my stay was ok.

Love how pet friendly they are. The workers are all wonderful from the ladies at the front desk, Maintenance& Housekeeping.Maintenanc&housekeeping always very on point very accommodating ladies upfront are always very helpful and kind. Really the only issues are the rooms do need some help and that’s kind of more on the end of the environment and some people who are not respectful of keeping a room from being destroyed out there stay they just don’t care they’ll ruin things mess things up and things always can’t be seen or helped The people that are on the grounds of the hotel. In my room, I have double beds. Both of my mattresses had holes in them. I didn’t know it until I put my own sheets on it, and once my puppy saw it, he thinks that the stuffing in the mattress is a toy and that’s bad because he could get sick from eating it. A lot of the guests that have their other pets too, they do not pick up their dogs, which is terrible and it brings flies and everything that everyone else’s rooms there’s a roach problems not crazy bad in my room try to keep up with it and maintenance. Will help you some of the linings of the doors and the walls are torn up, which can easily have spiders and roaches stuff like that to get in or air coming in again, I said this is more the Fault of unruly or unlawful guests. There’s good CCTV and they have a awesome security woman at night, which is very Helpful from stealing Food orders or worse. All in all it’s good thus far. Other

Very Nice Place to stay with very reasonable prices.

I was given a non smoking room thar smelled like heavy smoke, i was given a second room where the linen was stained and the shower floor was dirty.

Dirty, door didn’t even close all the way, stunk, no remote for the tv, no heat, front desk person was not helpful or friendly. Pay a few dollars more and stay somewhere else.
