Room is clean.. Staff is helpful.. very nice. polite and professional. Very quiet. slept.. good.
Everyone was very helpful knowledgeable and friendly.
Regina was very helpful in meeting all my needs as I am disabled and have a pet also Wilson and the other front desk worker made sure that my room was to my liking and I received a parking pass for my vehicle all in all a very pleasant experience.

The bathroom door knob got stuck and wasn’t able to open door from inside of the bathroom so my partner had to open it from outside. This was a handicap room and to have that issue is deff a problem.

There was a big storm and the whole area probably 5 miles around had no electricity for 2 days. We froze at night. Thank fully we had our own lighting system. Couldn’t take a shower. No hot water at all. Would have been nice to get half refund.

This was our first time staying here! Monterey is a 15 min drive from here. The room was super clean! There’s a Walmart right down the street and a dennys right in front! Would definitely stay here again. Especially for the price!

2nd time here. I had to switch rooms after arrival because the first rooms bathroom smelled like urine heavily. Room change was easy with no issues.
It was an easy stay, close to the beach which is convenient.
It’s a good place for a quick cheap and easy stay,
But overall I was not comfortable, & I checked out a night early.
