Morning cleaning crew was terrible.
Cleaning crew started loud talking, laughing banging things right outside our door, room 127, around 7:30,8 o'clock, continued all morning until we checked out at 10:30,by then they were shampooing the carpets, I feel this could have waited until 11, check out time,.

Room was on 3rd floor, right next to all the ice and vending machines. I asked not to be have a room in this area. I got up to my floor and I thought it was a joke on me. The shower setup was horrible and difficult to use. I felt if the toilet paper dispenser was any farther away I would have to stand up off the throne to reach it. I haven't stayed in a hotel for a while, but I didn't know the travel size shampoo was no longer provided.
I am grateful that I had a roof over my head and I was warm and dry.
