No ice, no cups, no hot water, property was trashed

Terrible place

overpriced for this kind of service and room was horrible. Cockroaches, bathroom light didn’t work. No towels or toilet paper. Not clean or a nice environment, I will never stay at this property again.

Pet friendly, clean pool, accommodating and great vending machines

I got to end of buildings where my room was located the sheets were missing from the bed. Just mattresses and unclean maybe a mistake right ✅️? Someone walked up i asked if they worked there employee said yeah . I showed employee The room i just checked ✔️ in .employee said here you can have the next room. It cool besides the door 🚪 did not fully secure, Which cause my company to feel unsafe , Then i tried to change mood and have dinner .And i hear her scream 😱 from the bathroom on the toilet, kill it kill it..... It was a roach. Maybe mistake 😕 one bug , So we went outside to smoke 🚬. But when we come back in roaches are running 🏃‍♂️ over our food. So she said lets just go to sleep 😴 an then gets bit by something in the bed . I even have video of the bug on cloud ☁️

I was charged twice at this place. Once with the app and once with motel 6. Horrible customer service from both ends.
