The rooms was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly and this is my 2nd time staying at Motel 6 and I'm planning on staying there again

The night staff wasn’t really friendly they had 2 couch pillows on the bed I asked if they had more pillows and she said no we don’t have anymore pillows but I doubt the other rooms were full. The towels had spots on them. I only stayed bc it was last minute but won’t again

Air conditioner sounds like a freight train. Hair in the shower and a hole in the bathroom wall. Only coffee that didn’t look clean either.

I book here every time i come to town to visit family and the stay is always 5 stars never a issue

I don’t understand why I paid Expedia $101 dollars when I booked the room and when i checked in at the hotel I to pay $86 dollars and when I called the nexts day regarding it I was told that it would be taken care of and that the money we’ll be refunded back to my card. Well it’s been since February 15th and I have not gotten a refund.

The staff was kind and friendly and the room they gave me was spotless and I would recommend anybody that's looking for a good room go to Hotel 6 in Hope Hull Al

I haven’t stayed in a Motel 6 in over 10 years and thought I’d give it another chance since we were only staying one night. Upon walking into the lobby it had an unpleasant odor. After checking in, we saw the elevator was out of service. We had to carry our luggage to the 2nd floor. My room was 203, when I turned to close the door there was a cockroach walking by the door lock. I found another one in the bathroom and the next morning one crawled out of the light fixture. All layers of the bed sheets had cigarette burn marks. There was a stain on the fitted sheet meant for a full size bed that housekeeping tried to make it fit. The quilted sheet under the fitted had a bigger stain. I tried to ignore it all and just get to bed. My colleague in room 204 also said he had cockroaches. The food area was pretty sad. There was a self making coffee maker and vending machine next to the elevator. I’ll not be staying here when Quailty Inn is $10 more with breakfast, nice large room and comfortable bed.
