Property needs to be cleaned and updated

Tried calling the hotel all morning the day of visit and no one answered. Went to hotel early to ask if they had a shuttle to concert event. Asked to use a restroom. They informed me that they had no public restrooms, even if I would be staying there. Tried to cancel, they would not let me. I would not recommend this hotel and the only reason I booked it is because there were no other places available. I actually thought I cancelled it. I never received a reminder notice about upcoming visit.

We (a family) stayed on a summer weekend night - therefore paying close to ~$225 for the night. My blanket had cigarette burn holes, the shower curtain had pink mold all over the bottom, the shower leaked, there was black something growing on the floor behind the bed, the room was so humid we could hardly sleep, the hallway smelled of a clorox/weed mix and you could hardly breathe, the room was slightly better with just a strong clorox smell, the trash can at the back of the hotel was overflowing and the trash was all over the parking lot and the trash can at the front door was also over flowing. I was not expecting a lot but clean/dry stay is not too much to ask for at ~$225 a night!!!!!!! WOULD NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

Check in was to start at 3;30, not able to check in because only 2 staff.,Closer to 4. a/c was adequate .the room was dirty, A dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. I had to ask the housekeeper for towels. I chose an option for refrigerater and microwave in my room. No microwave. The staff claim I would be reimbursed in 10 business days. The parking lot was filled with overflowing trash cans. The building reeked of smoke, I viewed a man outside my 2nd floor smoking meth or crack from a crushed beer can. I think long term guest lives there. Not safe! Why hasn't the health Dept shut them down yet? I only stayed overnight, never again! I could not wait to leave. As far a microwave there was one in the lobby near an ice and vending machine . Looked like it was taken from their home. I was afraid to use the ice machine too. The place was horrific. Don't waste your money! Beware, unless you have depleted all your resources. All you heard was doors slamming all night. The security lock was broken as if someone had already broken into the room. Needless to say I did not sleep in fear for my life.

I made reservations at this property and reserved a room for 2 nights because they do not allow early check ins. So I was going to pay for an extra night so my boyfriend and I could check in a 5am the check in time is 3:30pm. I payed for travel protection also. When we arrived at 5am I was told that my reservation was cancelled I was never informed of this cancellation and they refused to help us with another room.

One of the worst hotel l have ever been in.. dogs barking , people yelling in hallway insects in bathroom .. poor maintained room and building

Check in was 1 hour late, they said the hotel was being bought out and they only had 1 house keeper. When I finally got in the room was dirty.Had no towels or face cloths.I had to wait in extra hour for those and there was nothing but drug addicts and dirty people in the hallways, screaming till four in the morning.When I tried to complain to the front desk I got no answer.It was the absolute worst place.I've ever stayed.

Entire hotel is dirty and run down. Garbage all over the grounds. Checked in late was told with out asking we are being bought out so clearing they don’t care anymore about upkeepping property. No towels in room. Had to wait because they were still being washed. Dirt on the floor, tv didn’t work, room has mold on the wall. Was told by front desk it’s not mold it’s paint without even looking at it. Pointed to sign I had 15 mins after check in to cancel. Also told me no other rooms available after I made it clear we are sensitive to mold I could cancel my reservation but good luck with getting my money back.
