• first night our door was not locking when closing and when we told the lady upfront , she had an attitude and took 10 minutes demonstrating without saying much when she could’ve just let us know to turn the handle upwards when closing . Lock had to be fixed the next morning . • Every time we spoke to her she had a horrible attitude . • Last day staying , a man kept stalking us and being sketchy . when we told the guy upfront ,he ignored my friend at first and didn’t take it serious at all. we had to confront the man / deal with the situation ourselves . • top duvet sheets had stains and burnt holes on them . • very poor staff . only good thing was the places around the hotel .

The room was dirty, there were holes in the main door and the bathroom door, staines all over the walls and the curtains, the lamp cover was broken as well. I did not even want to sit on the bed. The whole place smelled like cigarettes including the hallway! We staid for a couple of hours but just couldn’t get over the smell and making it hard for us to breathe so we ended up leaving.

The person at the front desk was not helpful at all, he wanted to give me a room that a smoker was in, and I am allergic to smoke, and I specifically told him no. The property also shows that it has a pool there is no such thing. I left the property immediately when he couldn’t provide me with what I needed.

The room had visible stains on the walls and linen, and the “fresh coffee” was cold and watery by 6 am.

Figured we try this place out, we travel to the area quite a bit and have stayed at several different hotels close by. Should've turned around and walked back out as soon as we got there. Right off the bat the place reeked of weed and the front desk guy acted like he was stressed he had to actually get up, do his job and check us in. And check out time is your standard 11am time but the maid's came walking in our room at 9:15am while my girlfriend was still sleeping and I was in the shower! When we yelled at them to get out they started yelling back like we should've aleady been gone or shouldn't have been mad they walked in on is! And speaking of shower there was zero hot water the whole time we were there just warm and the pressure was the worst of any hotel I've ever stayed at and I travel alot. The air conditioning kept cutting out and it was 103 that day. Bed was uncomfortable and room in general just poor. Also there is no elevator and pool is filled in with concrete but shows to have one online. My advice is to stay away from this $h*t hole. There are other hotels around the area far much better for around the same price.
