The room had an unpleasant smell, the A/C vent was very dirty, and the mattress was lumpy and hard; the receptionist was very friendly, but the condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired.

this place is a vibe. felt totally safe, all people staying and staff extremely kind. easy going staff. security guard on duty. oakland is safe as long as you live and let live! fear will attract unsafe experiences!
right on the water, its such a lovely neighborhood feel. room was extremely clean, its everything you need, typical renovated motel 6. thanks yall! till next time! wsmfp!!!

No ice, tv looks like it was torn off the wall. Sheets. Pillowcases and towels were stained and it does not feel like a safe location.

Our air-conditioner was not working. My husband went to front desk within 10 minutes maintenance came chatted with us. They the proceed to fix it immediately. It was wonderful they did since it warmed up the weekend we were there. Overall a good stay.
