It would be nice to have better TV channels. It would nice to also not have to pay a deposit for an iron just in case your clothing are wrinkled.. And smoking rooms

Honestly the outside of this place is not so clean ,room smelled like moisture and there was people walking and making noises all night People that look like homeless in the parking lot kind of scary I had reserved for 3 day end up just staying one night but people at front desk was very polite and canceled my reservation when i explain my concerns, THANK YOU!!

You get what you pay for. The room had a strong odor and smelled like marijuana. Basic amenities such as a hair dryer and iron were not provided, a deposit was required, and there was no airport shuttle service. I would likely choose a different hotel next time.

Rooms were clean did not eat breakfast there so not sure how it is. But the double queen room is had beds were in separate spaces that gave good privacy so that was a plus

Bed was comfortable and clean. Room smelled strongly of raid/bug spray. Rooms deadbolt was missing. Homeless people in parking lot at midnight. Door/walls were dirty. I would not stay here again.

I was very disappointed with this hotel stay. The room was extremely sparse and lacked basic amenities that most travelers expect. There was no mirror outside of the bathroom, no shampoo or conditioner provided, and no hair dryer available. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The floors were sticky, and the bed sheets were stained and had black hairs on them when we arrived. The area outside the rooms was poorly maintained, with garbage and cigarette butts left around for the entire three days of our stay. The TV in our room did not have a remote and would not work on our first day. When we contacted the front desk for assistance, we were told they could not fix the issue and that we would have to wait until the next day. The pool area was also frustrating. Our room key would not provide access, so we had to find an employee each time we wanted to enter. Additionally, there were no lounge chairs available around the pool to relax on. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, missing amenities, and unhelpful response to issues made this a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel based on our visit.

Door to one of our rooms was wide open when we got there. One of our beds had several stains on it. They do not provide shampoo or conditioner or have it to purchase on site. Dog poo was on the grass for 2 days and floor was sticky. Curtain rods screws were almost coming out. We had 4 people and they wanted ID for each person staying in the motel.
