Room was filthy at check in (excrement on the bed). Garbage littering the steps.Asked for another room, was also dirty. Borrowed cleaning supplies from staff and cleaned it myself. Cockroaches at multiple intervals at different places. Went out and bought my own cleaning supplies (twice). Wifi went out every few minutes. Random people knocking at my door at 1-3am 'looking for someone ' or 'wrong room'

One thing I will say, 3 out 4 Staff were really nice to me and tried to make me as comfortable as possible despite the circumstances which is why its a 2 Star and not a 1 Star

The room was clean, smelled like cigarette smoke, which I asked for a non-smoking room. The bathroom had ear stains along the shower. Parking convenient right outside our door, not in the best neighborhood. Woke up to our car alarm going off. The staff there was pleasant. The pool was not working. It was filled with sand which that was not in the description when we booked.

The staff were helpful. Anytime you ask for towels ect, they always made sure we had what we needed and cleaning services
