A comfortable night's sleep.
The location was convenient and very quiet. The room was clean and had everything one would need. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked that when the TV was turned on, it was mute, no surprise noise.

We arrived early Sunday morning for a room booked for Saturday and Sunday nights and were told "the system is down" and the front desk employee was unable to check us in. He told us the system had been down since around 3pm, so even if we had arrived earlier we would not have been able to check in and were not notified of this at any point during Saturday. We were also not offered any solutions whether it be a refund or calling another hotel. I still have not been contacted by the property (I have reached out) or offered any kind of refund.

Curtain was ripped, remote had no battery cover and there was no clock in room. Tried to use the phone to set a wake- up call and the phone did not work. I went to the front desk and was told "I don't enter rooms I just work the front desk." This was my worst stay ever.
