The room was spotless with everything in order. Robert was exceptional.
Comfortable
While there were no refrigerator. Microwave, or coffee machine in the room it was a peaceful location. The wonderful gentleman who was on staff was friendly, professional and attentive. What a wonderful peaceful night stay.

Classic case of you get what you pay for. Rooms were small. We had 2 double beds. 1 right against the wall and the other right against the ac. The ac grill was all smashed in. Killed 2 ticks in the bathroom. A group of people stood outside their room late at night smoking which filtered into our room through the ac and door. Room smelled of old smoke. We chose this hotel for price and pool. Unfortunately the pool was not working as well.

There were no blankets on the bed! We called the front desk to get blankets and they had none! The man said well we’re full. We don’t have blankets for every bed. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend this place and will never be there again.

This place is a cheap motel, and it shows. There was no front desk staff - all check-in and other customer needs were handled by a computer kiosk - with a call center staff in India (apparently) handling everything remotely. Nothing bad happened, but all guest requests handled this was was really very impersonal. AND there was only the 1 kiosk, and lines of waiting guests formed quickly. SLOW service via the call center kiosk.
My room had no microwave or mini fridge. Really stripped down. Bathroom needed some attention and damage repair, basically a little run down all around. Next time I'll spend a little more and get a LOT more.
