The hotel did not honor my reqyest girca liwer kever king bed. We were pkaced in a liwer level qyeen room. The room had no hot water and the lineds were filthy. We were moved to another room and itvwas wirse. Still no hot water and thevtowels were filthy.

Room was clean & warm ready considering the weather was very cold outside. Front Desk gentleman was really friendly, interactive in conversation with me and helpful. I plan on visiting family/friends in the area a will plan to stay here again. Economical & good place to stay the night.

I was impressed with the room. Well kep and seems up to date prices was GREAT but very disappointed that i expected breakfast as it was advertised in Expedia and was told tgey are not allowed to do breakfast! The restaurant next door HAS PHENOMENAL FOOD also AMAZING prices and a discount is available to hotel stays loved it!

The key card for our door didnt work and when we went back to the office, they said somwone would be back in the morning to fix it. In ghe meantime if we wanted to leave our room, we needed a staff member to let us in. We were gone the entirety of the next day and when we got back THAT NIGHT the door was still broken. Staff said someone came to fix it but obviously not. This happened a couple more times and we eventually got a working card. It was overall very unpleasant to deal with
