The heater in our room wasn’t working, so we were moved very quickly to a room with heat. Excellent new beds.

Floors in the room need cleaning. You walk across the floor barefooted from the shower and your feet are dirty.

First thing is it took an hour to check in, it was problems with "Expedia", It was some what clean, but the water wouldn't get hot in the shower.. total bust...

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The ice cube maker didn’t work, the coffee was terrible, there was no shampoo, but that’s ok as the shower faucet handle fell off as soon as I touched it, so couldn’t shower anyway! There was a very nice diner attached- delicious and healthy.
