One of the worst hotels/hotel situations we've ever experienced. We had to check in at the different hotel that was next door, since there was no one working at the front desk of this hotel. When we checked in at this neighboring hotel at 3:15pm, we were told that there were no rooms that were ready yet, but they'd have ours ready in a few minutes. Over an hour later, the room still wasn't ready. The cleaning staff was socializing with each other and our room was open, so we walked in. We waited and waited, but no one was coming to finish the room. When they finally showed up with towels, they didn't give us enough, so we had to go back to the front desk of the neighboring hotel to get more towels. In the next two days, we watched staff partying with each other in the parking lot, apparently they live there too. The parking lot was a mess and the partying rarely stopped. As for the room, our room was missing a smoke detector, just wires hanging from the ceiling. One of the outlet boxes was sticking out from the wall...quite dangerous. The faucet in the tub was sticking out from the wall with exposed pipe. If you want to know the worst part though, just rub one of the white towels on the room's floor. We did this test and the towel was filthy. No one cares about this hotel and it shows. It's a dump and the "staff" is too busy goofing around. I will never stay there again and I urge you to avoid it as well. Until someone cares about this place, stay away!

The room was filthy. We asked for clean sheets and towels and they were never provided. The toilet did not work.

Do not stay here! Sticky floor, broken toilet seat, toilet dirty, TV remote did not work, beds improperly made, mattresses covered in tiny black stuff??

Bed was good that was about it. Got locked out of room no one desk midnight had to go across the street to the Holiday inn Express where I should have stayed to get let in. Mentioned issues with the room no remote for TV and the key and no apologies from staff. I will not be back.

The room had a bad sour smell. Asked the girl at the desk for a room on bottom floor and she let us know their was one but said she her self would not stay in the room bc it needed pairing and a lot of work. So we got a room on top floor. Stairwell rank of pee. Our room smelled and was dirty floor needed cleaned burn holes on the blankets and weird stain on the pillows . Needless to say to say we did not stay left with in 5 mins of checking in.

It took 2 hours to get my keys at an adjoining property. When I got in my room it was filthy. Didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. Couldn't stay there. Went out on my own and got a room somewhere else.

Check out staff was really nice and help air was good room was somewhat clean and parking was ok

Probably one of the dirtiest and unclean rooms I have ever stayed in.

First room they put me in had a hole in the floor and half smoked joint/cig on the bed. The door also didn’t close all the way and you could see in the room with the door bolted. They put me in another room that had soil all over the floor, crumbs of what appeared to be crackers or bread on both beds, a muddy footprints all in the shower. The only good part of this stay was how accommodating the staff were, and how they resolved the situation. The condition of the building was disgusting.
