This is possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hallways and elevator all had the vague smell of animal urine as well as cigarettes and marijuana. The stairwell smelled as if an adult human male had emptied his entire bladder on the carpeting. When informed of the smell, the hotel staff did not clean the stairwell but did spray some air freshener. The front door was broken and did not correctly open or close. There was no dolly to move our luggage. The door to our hotel room did not correctly close, so we took the advice of the multiple signs throughout the hotel and used both deadbolts to secure the door. The elevator broke down and was inoperable, and luggage had to be hauled by stairwell (which, as a reminder, reeked of urine). There was a security guard and police officers on site, apparently in relation to a domestic dispute. Another hotel guest solicited us for drugs. The rooms are quite small and the AC was inoperable from our room. There was yellow stains on the sheets and minimal amenities. I do not recommend this hotel in any capacity.

TV didn't work... the faucet leak 24/7 with no maintenance could not get maintenance to sweep my room couldn't use the broom or anything it was super not helpful. There was one person it was black lady that worked here she was pretty cool

After check in to room 111..(at the very back of the hotel .which is relevant after telling the agent and her seeing me with a cane)...took a shower...wait..no I didn't..there was NO hot water...well I'll tough it out..oh wait..no towels..after slowly walking back to the office I was informed the cleaning staff had gone for the day and there was no towels...next morning..they don't come in til 9AM...(checkout is 11AM..one kind soul was able to find me a washcloth and small hand towel...oh well...no shower I guess...after checking out I was informed the 75$ "deposit" would be back on my debit card on 7 to 10 business days..so in 2 weeks I hope to get the entire 75$...any other questions? 'nuff said

- All towels were stained - Bath towel was the size of a hand towel - Stained pillowcases - Broken lampshades - Stickers and sticker residue on the headboard, bedside table, and door - Front desk staff wasn't available at time of check in and no clear way to buzz/notify staff Checked out same day after finding better accommodations at a slightly higher cost.

The first room I was in had no TV on the wall mount, the headboard was off the wall behind the bed and the metal mounts were poking out toward the pillow area, there were old stains on the sheets and towels, the floor was kind of sticky, and there was no hot water in the shower. I switched to another room, which had the TV and the headboard and was cleaner, but smelled of smoke even though it was nonsmoking (maybe from neighbors smoking on the patio), there were cigarette burns on the bedspread, and the shower only ever reached barely lukewarm. Almost every night I had to get my key card reset as well, somehow the ones they use just didn't stay magnetized even when kept away from my phone etc. Seemed like a number of rooms were occupied by longer-term residents, the outer walkways and stairways were not particularly clean, and the police were on site one evening I got back. I will say that through all this the staff were very polite and accommodating.

Hooker city. Not a fan. Won’t stay again! Noisy as hell. Dogs outside barking half the night. First room wasn’t clean, no blankets or pillow cases. Microwave didn’t work

The a/c worked fine. Early today I submitted a review. No towels in room, none at the front desk, except dirty ones which I took because I wanted a shower. Different staff excuses for no towels. The night staff man said "Housekeeping didn't show up." When I complained to the morning check out staff person, he said basically "not our fault people steel them." Will never go back there again.
