Property was clean, room was clean when I arrived My room key wasn’t working when I arrived at the end of the day, but staff was great at resetting it

Slept on a wooden box sping bed. ! No tv channels. No phone no hot water for showers. No towels …… parking lot ……. Condoms little baggies , even syranges Even Coackroach the truck I was so disappointed !

Very disappointed the bedsheet had burnt holes in it the blanket. The mirror had an ugly crack on the on it. The bathroom floor had black stains on it and I’ve had the room twice room 145 now I’ll be running the room four days a week for work

This was was disgusting to say the least. We had to leave the room wasn’t sleepable the shower was so nasty. Please avoid

Paid for a room in full staff stated they did not have a rrom for me closed the window walked away was forced to sleep in my car refused to issue a refund with expedia will not recommend using either one

Parking was bad, no handicap except 1 and it was used by non ha dicap suv.

Only lasted thirty minutes at this hotel. The worst, most horrible experience I’ve ever had. This place is run down, suspicious people walking around the parking lot and the rooms were filthy looking and the a/c in our first room was busted. Asked to be moved to another room and while we were trying to get settled in, I read the reviews on the place and immediately regretted my decision. A couple minutes later, I had to use the restroom and the door wouldn’t close. Lo and behold, the door was busted and it looked like someone tried kicking it in. That was my last straw. I read how this motel doesn’t offer refunds so I didn’t even bother asking. I just returned the key and left to a La Quinta. I don’t usually stay at these types of motels but I was in a hurry to find something cheap and never again will I make this mistake.

Customer service needs to be addressed. Facility outdated. Blood on walls. Would not recommend.
